About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain software applications that support IOXN Group's business operations and digital initiatives across our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using modern technologies
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical growth
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java)
• Experience with web development frameworks and technologies
• Understanding of software development best practices, including testing and CI/CD
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of financial or investment management systems
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Contributions to open-source projects
