About the Role

We are seeking a talented Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies for IOXN Group in Latin America. In this role, you will be responsible for building brand awareness, creating compelling content, and supporting business development initiatives across our portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Create and manage content for various channels, including website, social media, and publications
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events
• Collaborate with business units to support their marketing needs
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics
• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or financial services
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Experience managing marketing campaigns and measuring their effectiveness
• Strong project management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing or MBA
• Experience marketing in multiple Latin American markets
• Knowledge of investment or financial services marketing
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
