About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our legal team in London. In this role, you will provide legal advice and support to various business units within IOXN Group, with a focus on corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to business units across IOXN Group
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts
• Advise on corporate governance matters and regulatory compliance
• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel when required
• Stay current on relevant legal developments and their potential impact on the business

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of international business law
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services or investment sector
• Knowledge of multiple jurisdictions, particularly in Europe and North America
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions
• Proficiency in a second language
