About the Role

We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team in New York. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations, helping to create a positive employee experience across IOXN Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
• Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
• Maintain employee records and HR information systems
• Provide support for performance management and employee development initiatives
• Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
• Support HR compliance and reporting requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
• Experience with international HR operations
• Knowledge of multiple HR functions (recruitment, benefits, employee relations)
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS
